as i am learning. i'm actually quite terrible in others' eyes, but my cooking tastes real good 2 me. 2 put it bluntly, i never cooked meat much before i turned, but when i did cook it, my guests were scared and usually left the table baffled and hungry. it hurt my feelings, but i accepted i'll never be really good unless i went 2 classes.

I've never liked tofu. And I especially loathe soy based "fake meat." I have my BLT's as LT's. For extra crunch I love to cut really early new corn off the cob in whole multi kernel chunks and put it on there. (When corn is young enough, you can shuck it and eat it right there in the garden. Yum!)
